At Visual Awakening Art, we believe that the delivery of your soul-inspired apparel should be a transparent and peaceful part of your journey. Because we prioritize conscious creation over mass production, our items are printed specifically for you once your order is placed.

Production Times

Every spiritual shirt and sweatshirt is custom-made to order. Please allow 2 to 7 business days for production before your item ships. This timeframe ensures each piece is crafted with the care and attention it deserves.

Transit Estimates

Once your order has been produced and leaves our facility, the estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and your location.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard Shipping: 2 to 5 business days

International Shipping

International Standard: 10 to 30 business days

International Customs and Duties

For our global community, please be aware that international shipments may experience delays due to customs processing. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties required by their destination country. Shipment times for international orders can range from 2 days to 4 weeks depending on the customs clearance process and the local postal service.

Fulfillment and Delivery

We utilize a global network of print providers to ensure your items are produced as close to you as possible. This helps reduce our carbon footprint and speeds up delivery. Our obligation to deliver your order is fulfilled once the carrier delivers the package to the address provided at checkout. Visual Awakening Art is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently offer shipping to most locations worldwide. However, we are unable to ship to North Korea, Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine at this time.

Tracking Your Journey

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If your package is traveling internationally, you may see a temporary pause in updates while it clears customs. This is a normal part of the international shipping process.
