At Visual Awakening Art, we want you to be completely happy with your soul inspired apparel and digital tools. Because our business model is built on conscious, custom creation, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds and exchanges.

Digital Products

All sales for digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital content, these items cannot be returned or refunded once the files have been accessed or downloaded. We encourage you to read the product descriptions carefully to ensure they align with your needs before completing your purchase.

Apparel and Physical Goods

Every t shirt, sweatshirt, and tank top is custom printed specifically for you at the time of your order. Because of this bespoke process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Changes in mind or personal preference
Incorrect size selection
Ordering the wrong color or style

We provide detailed size charts for every garment to help you choose the perfect fit for your body. We recommend measuring a favorite shirt you already own and comparing it to our charts before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

Your satisfaction is a priority on this journey. If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, such as a print error, we will make it right.

To request a replacement:

Contact us via email at visualawakening1@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
Provide a clear photo of the damaged area and your order number.
Once we verify the issue, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Because our production process begins shortly after an order is placed, we can only accommodate cancellations if the request is received before the item has moved into production. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately.
