All sales for digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital content, these items cannot be returned or refunded once the files have been accessed or downloaded. We encourage you to read the product descriptions carefully to ensure they align with your needs before completing your purchase.

Apparel and Physical Goods

Visual Awakening Art makes use of a print-on-demand business model. This means that your spiritual apparel is only printed once you place your order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Changes in mind or personal preference

• Incorrect size selection

• Ordering the wrong color or style

We provide detailed size charts for every garment to help you choose the perfect fit for your body. We recommend measuring a favorite shirt you already own and comparing it to our charts before placing your order.

If you would like to change the size or colour of your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be amended before production begins. Once printing has started, changes can no longer be made. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, order amendments cannot be guaranteed.

Damaged or Defective Items

Your satisfaction is a priority. If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, such as a printing error, we will request a replacement at the printer on your behalf.

 

To request a replacement:

1. Contact us via email at support@visualawakeningart.com within 14 days of delivery.

2. Provide a clear photo of the damaged or faulty area.

3. Include your your order number.

4. Once we verify the issue, we will request for a replacement to be sent to you.

 

Order Cancellations

Because our production process begins shortly after an order is placed, we can only accommodate cancellations if the request is received before the item has moved into production. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately.
